Terms of use
1. Purpose
These terms of use (the "Terms") define the conditions under which any user (the "User") may access and use the TimeReport service available at timereport.app (the "Service"), operated by SUDOSU (SASU, share capital €100.00, Lyon trade register 931 107 916, hereinafter the "Publisher").
2. Acceptance
Using the Service implies full acceptance of these Terms. If the User does not accept all or part of the Terms, they must refrain from using the Service. Registration constitutes express acceptance of the Terms and, where applicable, of the general terms of sale applicable to paid plans.
3. Service description
TimeReport is a SaaS service for managing activity reports (CRA), invoicing, and electronic signatures, intended for freelancers, agencies, and consultancies. Features include CRA entry, invoice editing and sending, electronic document signing, and accounting exports.
4. Access
The Service is accessible 24/7, subject to interruptions for maintenance, updates, or force majeure events. Access requires an Internet connection; related costs (hardware, software, connection) are the User's sole responsibility.
The Publisher endeavours to ensure the availability of the Service but cannot guarantee absolute availability and reserves the right to suspend access temporarily for maintenance or technical reasons.
5. User account
Use of the Service requires the creation of an account. The User undertakes to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and to keep it current. The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for any action carried out from their account.
In the event of fraudulent or unauthorized use of the account, the User shall promptly notify the Publisher at contact@timereport.app.
6. User behaviour
The User undertakes to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. In particular, the User shall not:
- publish unlawful, defamatory, abusive, racist, xenophobic content or content contrary to public decency;
- infringe the intellectual property rights of the Publisher or third parties;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its back-end or databases;
- use the Service for spam, phishing, harassment, or any fraudulent activity;
- circumvent quota, authentication, or payment mechanisms;
- use unauthorized bots, scrapers, or automated tools.
7. User content
The User remains the owner of the data they enter or upload (CRAs, invoices, signers, files, etc.). They grant the Publisher, for the time strictly necessary to operate the Service, the technical usage rights (storage, display, processing) on this data.
The User warrants that the content they publish does not infringe any third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy, etc.) and that they have all necessary authorizations.
8. MCP access tokens
The Service offers the ability to generate personal access tokens (MCP tokens) allowing the User to connect their account to third-party tools. The User is solely responsible for the security of these tokens. Any compromised token must be revoked immediately from the dedicated interface.
9. Intellectual property
All elements of the Service (interface, source code, design, trademarks, logos, texts, illustrations) are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of the Publisher or its partners. Any reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.
10. External links
The Service may contain links to third-party sites (Stripe, email providers, etc.). The Publisher exercises no control over these sites and disclaims any responsibility for their content or practices.
11. Personal data and cookies
The processing of the User's personal data is governed by the privacy policy. The use of cookies is governed by the cookies policy.
12. Liability
The Publisher endeavours to provide a reliable and up-to-date Service but cannot guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions. Use of the Service is at the User's own responsibility. The Publisher shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or loss of business, except in cases of gross or intentional fault.
13. Suspension and termination
The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, non-payment, or any behaviour that threatens the security or integrity of the Service. The User may close their account at any time from their settings.
14. Changes to the Terms
The Publisher reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or via the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the new Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon, subject to any mandatory legal provisions to the contrary (notably consumer protection rules).
